Executive Chef | Saudi Arabia | Hospitality Group
A leading luxury hospitality group in Saudi Arabia is seeking a talented and visionary EXECUTIVE CHEF to elevate their culinary offerings. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency across all culinary sections.
- Prepare and execute a wide range of dishes, spanning various cuisines and culinary styles.
- Develop and create intricate and visually stunning culinary artwork and showpieces, enhancing the overall dining experience.
- Innovate new artistic concepts to enhance food presentation and guest satisfaction.
- Supervise, train, and mentor all kitchen staff, fostering team growth, skill development, and a positive work environment.
- Contribute to the creation of seasonal and special event menus, working closely with management to align with business objectives.
- Conduct research and development for new recipes and artistic techniques, staying ahead of culinary trends.
- Monitor inventory, manage stock, and implement robust cost control measures to optimize kitchen profitability.
- Ensure strict adherence to all food safety and sanitation regulations, maintaining a pristine and compliant kitchen.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment for all culinary team members.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 10+ years’ progressive experience in high-volume, luxury hotel or fine-dining kitchens, with a significant portion in a leadership role.
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or highly skilled Head Chef in a similar upscale environment.
- Exceptional expertise in all aspects of culinary production, including hot, cold, pastry, and butchery sections.
- Demonstrable artistic talent and a strong portfolio of intricate culinary artwork, showpieces, and dish plating.
- Proficiency in various artistic mediums applicable to culinary arts (e.g., plating design, food sculpting, modern culinary techniques).
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills, with a proven ability to motivate, manage, and inspire a large culinary team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating effectively with all departments and interacting with guests.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
- Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualification in Culinary Arts.
- Highly creative, innovative, and detail-oriented, with an unwavering commitment to excellence.
- Passion for continuous improvement and a drive to exceed guest expectations.
- Ability to adapt to new trends and techniques, consistently refreshing menu offerings.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) is essential.
Salary Package
- SAR 25 – 28 000 CTC
