Floor Supervisor | Riyadh | Lebanese-Syrian cuisine Restaurant
A high-end Lebanese-Syrian restaurant in Riyadh is seeking an energetic and experienced FLOOR SUPERVISOR with exceptional presentation, strong communication skills, and the ability to deliver an outstanding guest experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within fine dining or premium casual dining.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Multilingual abilities are a strong advantage.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and guest relations skills.
- Outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring smooth service flow.
- Lead, motivate, and train service teams to maintain high standards.
- Handle guest interactions professionally, resolving issues quickly.
- Work closely with management to meet operational and service goals.
Salary package:
- Basic from SAR 8000 (USD 2100)
