We are seeking a FRONT OFFICE AGENT to join the prestigious luxury hotel team in Qatar. This is an exciting opportunity for a hospitality professional who thrives in delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records and manage reservations efficiently.
- Collaborate with other departments to deliver a flawless luxury hospitality experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in front office or guest services within a hotel environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
