General Manager | Pakistan | Airport Services

A premium Meet & Greet Concierge Service is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic GENERAL MANAGER (Airport Services) to lead operations at a major international airport in Pakistan. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering world-class passenger experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving service excellence across all touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee all airport guest services, including VIP and concierge operations
  • Lead and manage multi-functional teams across terminals and service zones
  • Ensure compliance with aviation, hospitality, and safety regulations
  • Drive revenue growth, service innovation, and brand partnerships
  • Maintain high standards of guest experience and operational performance
  • Collaborate with international stakeholders and airport authorities
Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of international experience in airport services, VIP passenger handling, or luxury hospitality
  • Proven leadership in multi-national or multi-airport environments
  • Strong operational acumen with hands-on experience in managing premium guest services
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills
