General Manager | Pakistan | Airport Services
A premium Meet & Greet Concierge Service is seeking a highly experienced and dynamic GENERAL MANAGER (Airport Services) to lead operations at a major international airport in Pakistan. This is a strategic leadership role focused on delivering world-class passenger experiences, optimizing operational efficiency, and driving service excellence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all airport guest services, including VIP and concierge operations
- Lead and manage multi-functional teams across terminals and service zones
- Ensure compliance with aviation, hospitality, and safety regulations
- Drive revenue growth, service innovation, and brand partnerships
- Maintain high standards of guest experience and operational performance
- Collaborate with international stakeholders and airport authorities
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in hospitality management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 10 years of international experience in airport services, VIP passenger handling, or luxury hospitality
- Proven leadership in multi-national or multi-airport environments
- Strong operational acumen with hands-on experience in managing premium guest services
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team development skills
