Guest Relations Agent | Qatar | 5 Star Hotel
A prestigious 5-star hotel in Qatar is looking for an experienced and service-driven GUEST RELATIONS AGENT to join its dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm and personalized welcome to all guests
- Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with all departments to ensure seamless service
- Promote hotel services and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and local attractions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Guest Relations or Front Office role within a luxury hotel is essential
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages a plus)
- Well-groomed, confident, and service-oriented personality
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Salary & Benefits:
- Basic Salary: QAR 2,900
- Plus: Free accommodation, transportation, meals, and other standard expatriate benefits (as per hotel policy)
