Head Hostess | Qatar | Night Club and Lounge
We are seeking an experienced HEAD HOSTESS to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. This exciting position will be based at the hotel’s exclusive night club and lounge, offering a vibrant atmosphere and world-class service.
Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Hostess in a night club or lounge environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a team and handle high-pressure situations gracefully
- Presentable, confident, and customer-focused
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Welcome and seat guests with professionalism and warmth
- Manage reservations and guest lists to ensure smooth operations
- Supervise and coordinate host/hostess staff to deliver exceptional service
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality in line with luxury brand expectations
- Collaborate with management to enhance guest experience and drive repeat business
Salary package
- Basic salary of QAR 6,000 per month
