Operations Manager | Dubai | Luxury Chocolate Boutique
Looking for experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to manage two luxury chocolate boutique Cafes in Dubai.
Start Date: Mid-January 2025
Team Size: Two shops with 15–20 team members each
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of management experience in the UAE
- Currently in a similar role: Multi-Unit Manager, Operations Manager, or Operations Director
- Preferably UAE-based and available for in-person interviews
- Experience in luxury hospitality or chocolate retail is a plus
- Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple outlets and drive operational excellence
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of two upscale cafés and chocolate boutiques
- Lead and support teams to deliver exceptional customer service and brand standards
- Manage staffing, training, and performance across both locations
- Monitor financial performance, inventory, and cost controls
- Implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with ownership on business development and growth initiatives
