Operations Manager | Qatar | Catering Sector
A leading catering company in Doha is seeking a dynamic and experienced OPERATIONS MNAGER to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple client sites. This role is critical to ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and full compliance with both company and client standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and streamline operations across diverse catering locations
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to deliver consistent, high-quality service
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Maintain strong client relationships and respond proactively to feedback
- Monitor budgets, inventory, and resource allocation to optimize performance
- Drive continuous improvement and operational innovation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in large-scale catering operations
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong client-facing communication and problem-solving abilities
- GCC experience preferred
Salary Range:
- QAR 18,000 – 21,000 per month
