Operations Manager | Riyadh | Dog Park
A leading pet leisure and services business in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee daily activities of a new opening Dog Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Services include daycare, boarding, grooming, training, boutique retail, agility courses, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations across all service areas.
- Lead and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer experiences.
- Maintain high standards of safety, cleanliness, and pet care.
- Control resources, stock, and supplier relationships.
- Monitor performance and implement improvements.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years in operations or management, ideally in hospitality, leisure, or pet services.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic an advantage.
- Passion for animals and customer service.
Salary: SAR 14000 full package (USD 3700)
Start Date: September 2025
