Pastry Chef de Partie | Saudi Arabia | Ultra Luxury 5 Star Resort
We’re recruiting talented and presentation-driven PASTRY CHEF DE PARTIE to join the culinary brigade at one of the world’s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched shores of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to craft Mediterranean-inspired desserts in a remote, high-end hospitality environment that sets global benchmarks in service, sustainability, and guest experience.
Experience & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year as Pastry CDP in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant
- Strong command of English and confident presentation skills
- Proven experience in high-end pastry kitchens or luxury dining environments
- Professional grooming and collaborative attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Execute refined pastry and dessert production to luxury standards
- Support the Head Pastry Chef in daily operations and mise en place
- Maintain hygiene, consistency, and presentation across all pastry offerings
- Contribute to a dynamic, multicultural kitchen team focused on excellence
Salary Package & Benefits
