We’re recruiting skilled PASTRY COMMIS chefs to join the culinary team at one of the world’s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched shores of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to work in a remote, high-end hospitality destination that blends sustainability, innovation, and Mediterranean culinary excellence.

Experience & Qualifications

• Certificates/Diploma in Culinary Arts/Pastry
• Minimum 1 year experience as Pastry Commis in a luxury Mediterranean restaurant
• Strong foundation in pastry techniques and presentation
• Excellent English communication skills
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and professionally presented

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior pastry chefs in daily preparation and service
• Execute pastry items with consistency and attention to detail
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in all pastry areas
• Support the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences
• Work collaboratively with an international culinary brigade
