Peruvian Cuisine Sous Chef | Mumbai | Iconic 5 Star Hotel
We are seeking a talented and passionate PERUVIAN CUISINE SOUS CHEF to join the culinary team of a world-renowned luxury 5-star hotel in Mumbai, India. The ideal candidate will bring refined expertise in Peruvian cuisine and a strong background in luxury hospitality, contributing to an exceptional dining experience in one of the city’s most prestigious culinary settings.
This is a rare opportunity to showcase your skills on a global stage, working with premium ingredients and delivering elevated Peruvian cuisine in one of Asia’s most vibrant culinary capitals.
Work Schedule:
24 working days per month
6 days off monthly
As ideal candidate you will have:
- Proven experience in luxury Peruvian restaurants or 5-star hotels
- Culinary diploma or professional chef certification preferred
- Deep knowledge of Peruvian ingredients, techniques, and presentation
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, multicultural kitchen environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to excellence, consistency, and innovation
- Willingness to relocate and embrace a challenging but rewarding international role
