Private Chef | Dubai | Elite Family Household
An ultra-high net worth family residing on Jumeirah Bay Island, Dubai, is seeking a refined and versatile PRIVATE CHEF to join their private household. This is a prestigious opportunity for a culinary professional with multi-cuisine expertise, a flair for hosting, and the discretion required to serve a high-profile family.
You should have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Private Chef for UHNW/HNW families in the UAE
- Strong command of Spanish (basic English preferred)
- Proven ability to prepare three daily meals for a family of four
- Expertise in European cuisine with Middle Eastern influences
- Experience catering private events and hosting barbecues (20 guests weekly)
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
- Food safety and hygiene certification (strongly recommended)
- Clear medical and criminal record
- Willingness to travel frequently (Spain/Canada during summer)
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare seasonal, health-conscious menus tailored to family preferences
- Execute daily meal service with precision and consistency
- Cater bi-weekly private events and host Sunday barbecues
- Maintain kitchen hygiene, inventory, and purchasing standards
- Coordinate with household staff for seamless service
- Travel with the family as required, ensuring culinary continuity
Salary & Benefits
- AED 22,000 – 25,000 (Monthly)
