We’re seeking an experienced PROFESSIONAL ORGANIZER with a background in Styling, House Management, Butler service, or Visual Merchandising — someone who not only brings order but elevates the aesthetic of every space they touch. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of organizing staff with confidence and professionalism
- Execute high-level wardrobe, closet, and home organization with exceptional attention to colour, flow, and space optimization
- Train staff in folding techniques, categorization, and luxury service standards
- Oversee decluttering projects with a focus on client preferences and lifestyle
- Coordinate logistics, timelines, and staff delegation for each project
- Maintain the highest standards of visual presentation, functionality, and discretion
What We’re Looking For
- A strong background as a Stylist Manager, House Manager, Butler, or Visual Merchandiser
- Proven ability to lead and mentor teams in high-end environments
- Expert knowledge of colour coordination, folding techniques, and luxury space organization
- Impeccable taste, style, and a passion for detail and aesthetics
- Strong communication and delegation skills
- Discreet, polished, and client-focused personality
