A prestigious luxury brand restaurant in Mayfair, London – part of a global hospitality group, is seeking a highly skilled RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER. This is an exciting opportunity to lead operations in one of London’s most exclusive fine-dining environments, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, train, and motivate a high-performing team
• Drive revenue growth and operational efficiency through strategic management
• Maintain compliance with brand standards and fine-dining excellence
• Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and performance goals

Requirements

• Minimum AGM-level experience in luxury dining
• Previous experience in the London hospitality market is essential
• Proven track record in Michelin-star or fine-dining venues
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Candidates must hold a valid UK work permit
• Stable career history; preference for candidates with long-term commitment

Salary & Benefits:

• Annual salary: £80,000 (non-negotiable)
• Bonus based on KPI performance
