Restaurant GM | Dubai | Gastropub and Brasserie
We are seeking a highly experienced RESTAURANT GM to lead operations at a new luxury gastropub and brasserie in Dubai. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing hospitality group with several upcoming outlets, offering strong career growth potential.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional guest experiences
- Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team
- Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies and effective management
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, and compliance
- Collaborate with senior management on expansion and development plans
Requirements
- Proven experience in upscale venues within the UAE is essential
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end environment
- Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
Salary & Benefits:
- AED 25,000 – 35,000
