We are looking for an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER to lead the launch of a new opening restaurant franchise in Kuwait.

Parisian charm and Mayfair flair, this concept is known for its effortlessly chic interiors, French-inspired plates, and cult-following in Mayfair, London.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead daily operations with a hands-on, guest-first approach
• Recruit, train, and inspire a passionate front-of-house team
• Ensure the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation
• Work closely with the Head Chef and management team on menus, promotions, and guest experience
• Maintain operational efficiency and manage budgets, stock, and supplier relations
• Uphold and promote the NAC brand ethos at every level

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium or lifestyle brand
• A deep understanding of modern service culture and international hospitality trends
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Creative thinker with a sharp eye for detail and design
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving abilities
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a bonus)
