We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the team and drive operational success of one of South Africa’s most iconic restaurant franchises, renowned for its vibrant atmosphere, exceptional service, and commitment to culinary excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, and workflow coordination.
• Lead, motivate, and train team members to meet performance and customer service standards.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control costs to meet revenue targets.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
• Plan and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand visibility.
• Liaise with head office on reporting, staffing, and operational improvements.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the food & beverage industry.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Solid understanding of inventory management, budgeting, and cost control.
• Passionate about customer service and delivering memorable dining experiences.

Salary Package

• Total package QAR 7000 – 7500
• First week’s accommodation
