Are you a dynamic and experienced RESTAURANT MANAGER with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences? We are seeking a highly skilled professional to lead the operations of a high-end Italian restaurant located in the heart of Qatar’s vibrant dining scene.
About the Role:
As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, ensuring outstanding service, and upholding the highest standards of food and hospitality. You’ll lead a motivated team, drive performance, and help shape an exceptional guest experience in a sophisticated, stylish environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all restaurant operations to the highest standards
- Lead, train, and inspire the front-of-house team
- Ensure a warm, professional guest experience at all times
- Collaborate with the culinary team to maintain quality and consistency
- Monitor financial performance, including budgets, cost control, and sales
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations
- Implement effective marketing and promotional strategies
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a premium dining setting – NO HOTEL F&B
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail and a hands-on management style
- Fluent in English
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Previous experience in the GCC region is an advantage
