Sommelier | Dubai | New opening Italian Restaurant
We are excited to announce an opening for a SOMMELIER to join the team of a famous Italian restaurant launching in Dubai, UAE. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a world-class concept from the very beginning.
What We’re Looking For:
- Certified Sommelier or extensive wine knowledge with strong pairing expertise, especially in Italian wines.
- Previous luxury dining or fine dining restaurant experience.
- Passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and enhancing the dining journey through wine.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Additional languages are a plus (with language allowance provided).
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: AED 8,100
- Service Charge: AED 400 – 1,000
- Tips: up to AED 2,000
- Language Allowance: AED 300
- Accommodation: Single room provided
- Transport & Meals: Fully covered by employer
- Annual Flight Tickets
- Comprehensive employee benefits as per UAE labor law
Work Schedule & Dates:
- Work Week: Alternating schedule – 5 days one week, 6 days the next
- Venue Opening: September / October 2025
