We are looking for experienced, polished, and customer-focused WAITERS to be part of a dynamic hospitality team. Join one of Kuwait’s most sophisticated dining brands, where culinary excellence meets world-class service.
About the Role
As a waiter, you will be responsible for providing exceptional table service in a refined, fast-paced environment. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a prestigious venue and elevate your hospitality career in the Middle East.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide guests through the dining experience with professionalism
- Present menus, answer questions, and make recommendations
- Take accurate food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service
- Handle billing procedures and maintain clean table settings
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues quickly and courteously
Requirements:
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English
- Presentable appearance, positive attitude, and team spirit
- Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a busy environment
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus
What We Offer:
- Basic salary between KWD 250 and KWD 350 – depending on experience
