Commis Chef | Riyadh | Restaurant & Lounge
We are seeking a motivated and detail oriented COMMIS CHEF to join the culinary brigade of a high-volume, upscale restaurant and lounge in Riyadh. This is a fantastic opportunity for junior chefs to gain international experience and grow within a globally recognized hospitality brand.
You should have:
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in upscale restaurants, lounges, or luxury hotels
- Strong foundation in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
- Relevant culinary qualifications
- Fluent English communication skills
- Immaculate personal presentation
- Clear medical and criminal record
- Valid passport
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and presentation of dishes
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Uphold food safety and hygiene standards
- Support senior chefs in daily kitchen operations
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation
- Participate in stock rotation and inventory control
- Follow kitchen protocols and contribute to team efficiency
- Stay updated with basic culinary techniques and trends
