Retail Operations and Sales Manager | Cape Town | Vintage Retail Brand
Unique Vintage Retail Brand is seeking an experienced Retail Operations and Sales Manager to join their team in Cape Town. We are seeking a mature, dynamic, hands-on Retail Operations & Sales Manager to take full ownership of our retail division (3 stores, seasonal pop-up markets and the Online Store).
The Retail Operations & Sales Manager will be responsible for the overall performance, leadership, structure and growth of the retail division. This role is first and foremost a people leader and sales driver, supported by strong operational thinking and basic administrative competence. The successful candidate will:
– Lead and inspire store teams
– Drive sales and conversion

Non-Negotiable Requirements:
– Minimum 5 years’ experience in fashion or lifestyle retail management (multi-store advantageous).
– Proven track record in leading sales teams and driving revenue.
– Strong leadership presence.
– Ability to coach, motivate and hold people accountable.
– Operationally organised.
– Comfortable interpreting sales data and reports.
– Strong verbal and written communication skills.
– Emotionally intelligent and mature.
– Problem-solver with initiative.
– Comfortable working weekends and peak seasons.
– Passion for retail, fashion, people and customer experience.
– Must resonate with the brand and values.

Salary: R20,000 to R22,000 CTC a month
