Grillers – Role Overview
As a Griller, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meats, seafood, and vegetables to the highest standards of taste and presentation. This is a hands‑on role requiring precision, consistency, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef, Sous Chef, and wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service and uphold the group’s fine dining reputation.

Grillers – Key Responsibilities
- Menu Execution: Prepare and cook items on the grill according to menu specifications and guest preferences.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all grilled dishes meet standards for taste, texture, and presentation.
- Kitchen Operations: Work efficiently during service, coordinating with other sections to maintain flow and timing.
- Inventory Oversight: Monitor stock levels of meats, seafood, and vegetables, reporting shortages and assisting with ordering.
- Team Collaboration: Support chefs and kitchen staff, contributing to a disciplined and cooperative environment.
- Training & Mentorship: Assist in guiding junior staff, sharing techniques and reinforcing kitchen standards.
- Hygiene & Safety: Maintain strict food safety practices, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Innovation: Suggest new grill techniques, marinades, and flavor pairings to enhance the dining experience.
- Guest Engagement: When required, interact with guests to explain preparation methods and highlight the quality of ingredients.
- Operational Efficiency: Contribute to profitability through portion control, waste reduction, and consistent output.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a griller or line cook role within fine dining, luxury hotels, or premium restaurants.
- Skills: Strong technical ability in grilling meats, seafood, and vegetables. Knowledge of seasoning, marination, and cooking times.
- Attributes: Reliable, detail‑oriented, and passionate Candidates should also show adaptability and curiosity, embracing evolving culinary trends and contributing innovative ideas to enhance the grill menu. Ability to thrive under pressure in a busy environment.

Salary on Offer
