We’re seeking experienced ASSISTANT LAUNDRY MANAGER to join the team at one of the world’s most exclusive ultra-luxury resorts, located on the untouched shores of the Red Sea, Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to lead in a remote, high-end hospitality destination that sets global standards in service, sustainability, and guest experience.

Experience & Qualifications

• Proven background in luxury 5-star hotel laundry operations
• Diploma in Hospitality Management or Laundry Operations (or equivalent) preferred
• Strong leadership, organization, and team coordination skills
• Excellent English communication
• High standards of presentation and professionalism

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily laundry operations across guest and staff services
• Ensure garment care, cleanliness, and turnaround meet luxury standards
• Monitor equipment, inventory, and workflow efficiency
• Maintain hygiene, safety, and brand protocols
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless service
