Head Bartender | Dubai | Luxury Beach Club
An exclusive beach club at a renowned 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead its bar operations. This is a high-profile role in a vibrant, guest-focused environment where creativity, precision, and luxury service come together.
Work Schedule:
5 days on, 2 days off
Accommodation: Not provided (relocation support available)
Requirements:
- Proven experience as Head Bartender or senior bar role in luxury hospitality
- Strong knowledge of premium spirits, cocktails, and bar operations
- Experience in venues serving alcohol is essential
- Excellent guest service and team leadership skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-end beach club setting
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
Compensation Package:
- Base Salary: AED 6,500/month
- Tips: AED 2,000–4,000/month
- Service Charge: Approx. AED 700/month
