Join the vibrant team at a prestigious 5-star hotel beach club in Dubai! We’re seeking a talented and experienced HEAD BARTENDER to lead bar operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction
• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails, wines, and spirits to luxury standards
• Train, supervise, and motivate bar staff to maintain high performance
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock rotation
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Collaborate with F&B management to develop seasonal menus and promotions
• Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and ambiance of the bar area

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in luxury hospitality (alcohol service required)
• Proven leadership in bar or beverage operations
• Strong mixology skills and product knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and manage a team
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
• Ready to relocate and start immediately

Package

• Salary: AED 6,500 GROSS
• Tips: AED 2,700–10,000
• Service Charge: AED 700
