A vibrant and well-known hotel in Dubai is seeking a skilled and passionate PIZZA CHEF to join its dynamic culinary team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a high-energy, casual dining environment known for its trendy atmosphere and international clientele.
You should have:
- Proven experience as a Pizza Chef in high-volume, casual or upscale dining settings
- Strong knowledge of dough preparation, baking techniques, and pizza menu development
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene standards
- Clear medical and criminal record
- Valid passport
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake a variety of pizzas with consistency and creativity
- Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and speed of service
- Manage inventory and ensure proper storage of ingredients
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
- Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams for smooth operations
- Contribute to menu innovation and seasonal offerings
