Restaurant Managers | Dubai | New Opening Ultra Luxury Hotel
We are looking for an experienced RESTAURANT MANAGERS (AND ASSISTANT MANAGERS) to join the team of new opening, ultra-luxury hotel in Dubai.
Our client is one of the most seek employers in the UAE in the hospitality industry. Their hotels are an architecture pieces of art with Food and Beverage Departments often featured in Michelin and Gault et Millau food guides.
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: The opening is planned for October 2024. Selected candidates will be required to join before October. Interviews process is immediate with job offers given if selected.
Role Overview:
As a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the highest standards of service and ensuring an exceptional dining experience for the guests. You will lead a team dedicated to delivering Michelin-rated culinary experiences with finesse and precision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless service and adherence to Michelin standards.
- Lead and inspire a team of passionate individuals, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Manage inventory, procurement, and cost control measures to optimize efficiency and profitability.
- Maintain immaculate presentation standards throughout the restaurant, ensuring a visually stunning environment for our guests.
- Cultivate relationships with guests, anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations to create memorable experiences.
- Collaborate closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and front-of-house operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in an ultra-luxury setting, with a track record of delivering exceptional service.
- Knowledge of one of the following cuisines | styles, from managerial perspective:
- Italian
- Indian
- Japanese
- Mediterranean
- Pan Asian
- Pastry
- Exceptional skills in delivering various spa treatments, including massages, facials, body treatments, and more.
- Impeccable presentation and grooming standards, reflecting the essence of luxury and sophistication.
- Outstanding communication skills with the ability to engage and interact with guests from diverse backgrounds
- Hospitality Qualification
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adapting to the needs of the guests and the hotel.
- Clear criminal record
- Clear medical bill
- Passport valid at least 2 more years
Salary Package:
- Restaurant Manager AED 21000 (60% basic, 40% accommodation and transport, service charge AED 2200)
- Assistant Manager AED 10000 + service charge AED 1800
