Sous Chef | Dubai | Luxury European Restaurant
A sophisticated European Restaurant & Bar located in Dubai is seeking a talented and driven SOUS CHEF to join its culinary brigade. This is a prime opportunity for a chef with hot kitchen expertise and a passion for upscale casual dining to thrive in a high-standard, stand-alone venue.
You should have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in UAE-based restaurants
- Proven skills in hot section, grill, and pizza preparation
- Experience in upper casual or luxury stand-alone restaurants
- Strong leadership and kitchen coordination abilities
- Immaculate personal presentation and hygiene standards
- Clear medical and criminal record
- Valid passport
Key Responsibilities
- Lead hot kitchen operations with precision and consistency
- Support the Head Chef in daily service and team supervision
- Maintain food quality, presentation, and speed of service
- Uphold food safety and hygiene protocols
- Manage inventory and assist with purchasing
- Contribute to menu development and seasonal offerings
