Various Chefs | Cape Town | Boutique Hotel & Restaurant
We’re seeking VARIOUS CHEFS to join the culinary team at a new boutique hotel opening in Mouille Point, Cape Town. The hotel’s restaurant will showcase modern Greek and contemporary Mediterranean cuisine, with a focus on authenticity, precision, and creativity to elevate the guest experience.
These positions call for consistency, teamwork, and attention to detail, with success depending on strong collaboration and a passion for delivering excellence restaurant service.
Available Positions & Salary
- Griller | R8,000 – R10,000
- Pan Chef | R7,000 – R8,000
- Flat Top Chef | R7,000 – R8,000
- Cold Section Chef | R8,000 – R10,000
- Dessert Chef | R8,000 – R10,000
Experience & Qualifications
- Specialised kitchen experience – proven background in hotel, restaurant, or fine-dining environments, with prior experience in your area of speciality
- Culinary discipline – ability to maintain consistency and high standards under pressure
- Team collaboration – proven ability to work effectively within a brigade system
- Mediterranean cuisine interest – passion for Greek and contemporary Mediterranean flavors
- Attention to detail – precision in preparation, plating, and presentation
- Creativity and innovation – willingness to contribute ideas and seasonal menu input
