Head Bartender | Qatar | Night Club and Lounge
We are seeking an experienced HEAD BARTENDER to join the team at a prestigious 5-star hotel in Doha. This exciting position will be based at the hotel’s exclusive night club and lounge, offering a vibrant atmosphere and world-class service.
Requirements
- Proven Head Bartender experience in night clubs or lounges (non‑negotiable)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, mixology, and premium beverage service
- Ability to lead and train bar staff to deliver exceptional service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Presentable, confident, and customer‑focused
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily bar operations in the hotel’s luxury night club / lounge
- Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages to the highest standards
- Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering of bar supplies
- Supervise and mentor bartenders and barbacks to ensure smooth service
- Uphold hygiene, safety, and quality standards in line with 5‑star hospitality expectations
- Collaborate with management to design signature cocktails and enhance guest experience
Salary package
- Basic salary of QAR 6,000 per month
