Barista | Qatar | Luxury Beach Resort
A prestigious beach resort in Qatar is seeking a skilled and charismatic BARISTA to join its elite hospitality team.
What You will Do
- Prepare and serve premium espresso-based drinks, pour-over brews, and cold brews with precision
- Create non-coffee beverages including smoothies, mocktails, iced teas, and signature resort drinks
- Maintain a clean, stylish, and welcoming bar area
- Engage guests with warmth and professionalism, offering personalized recommendations
- Ensure consistency, speed, and presentation in every cup
What we are Looking For
- Proven experience as a Barista in luxury hospitality or high-end café settings
- Strong knowledge of coffee origins, brewing methods, and latte art
- Ability to prepare a variety of non-coffee drinks with creativity and flair
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Energetic, well-groomed, and passionate about beverage culture
