Guest Relations Manager | Mumbai – India | 5 Star Hotel
A prestigious, world-renowned 5-star luxury hotel in the heart of Mumbai is seeking an elegant and experienced HOTEL GUEST RELATIONS MANAGER to lead their guest services team.
This is a premier opportunity for a specialist who thrives in high-pressure, high-reward environments and has a proven track record with global luxury brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for VIP guests, ensuring personalized and seamless service from arrival to departure.
- Uphold and exceed the rigorous standards of a global 5-star luxury brand.
- Manage and resolve guest inquiries or concerns with diplomacy and grace.
- Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team to foster a culture of excellence.
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years in the hospitality industry, specifically within Luxury 5-Star Brands.
- Languages: fluent English, additional languages will be a bonus
- Profile: A strong, guest-oriented personality with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment: 24 workdays per month (6 days off).
- Contract: Annual renewable contract.
