Client Relationship Agent | REMOTE | Hospitality Recruitment
A premier, UAE-based hospitality recruitment platform is seeking a dynamic, highly organized, and proactive CLIENT RELATIONSHIP AGENT to join the expanding team.
This is a 100% remote position requiring a dedicated professional who can seamlessly balance high-level client coordination with exceptional administrative execution. If you have a background in hospitality, stellar communication skills, and thrive in an independent, fast-paced digital work environment, this role is for you.
Position Overview
- Work Structure: 5 days per week.
- Daily Hours: 8.5 hours daily.
- Location: Remote (Work from Home).
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, managing daily communications, inquiries, and relationship management with utmost professionalism.
- Onboarding Management: Guide and facilitate the seamless onboarding process of new staff and clients onto the recruitment platform.
- Administrative Support: Execute high-level administrative tasks, data management, and day-to-day operational support to ensure peak business efficiency.
- Communication Handling: Manage professional telephone correspondence, email queues, and virtual client consultations with superior etiquette.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Industry Background: Previous experience in the hospitality industry combined with a proven track record in Personal Assistant (PA) or administrative roles.
- Client Relations: Outstanding communication skills, fluent English (both written and spoken), and impeccable telephone etiquette.
- Administrative & Tech Expertise: Great administrative skills paired with excellent computer literacy and comfort navigating digital platforms.
- Work Environment: You must have reliable access to fast, undisturbed internet during designated office hours to maintain seamless connectivity with clients and team members.
