Chef de Partie | UAE | Luxury Casino Resort
We are searching for the best of the best CHEF DE PARTIE to join the flagship culinary team for the UAE’s first-ever integrated casino resort. This is a rare, career-defining opportunity to be part of a landmark opening in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK).
We are looking for culinary professionals who thrive under pressure, demonstrate precision and creativity, and understand that in a high-stakes luxury environment, every plate is a performance.
The Ideal Candidate
- Elite Presentation: You maintain impeccable standards of hygiene, uniform, and kitchen discipline, embodying the professionalism required for a 5-star luxury resort.
- Technical Mastery: You are skilled in your section (hot, cold, grill, pastry, or garnish), with a strong foundation in classical techniques and modern fine-dining execution.
- Communication & Teamwork: Fluent in English with clear communication skills, able to coordinate seamlessly with fellow chefs and front-of-house. Additional languages (Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or European languages) are a significant advantage.
- Stability & Integrity: We are seeking professionals who value long-term growth. If you have a history of frequent job-hopping, this role is not for you. Loyalty and consistency are highly prized.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie (or strong Demi Chef de Partie background) in a high-volume, 5-star luxury hotel, fine-dining restaurant, or international resort.
- Advanced knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredient handling, and plating standards.
- Exceptional teamwork and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm and professional under pressur
