Operations Manager | Tanzania – Arusha | Luxury Hospitality Group
An exclusive collection of wilderness properties is seeking a highly organized and strategic OPERATIONS MANAGER to oversee regional activities. Based in Arusha, this role serves as the central link between the regional office and multiple remote lodges, ensuring operational excellence and consistency across the portfolio.
The Role
The Operations Manager will be responsible for the logistical and administrative health of the properties. This is a dynamic position that requires frequent travel to various lodges to mentor onsite management, audit service standards, and streamline supply chains. You will play a pivotal role in maintaining the high standards of guest experience and operational efficiency for which the collection is known.
Key Requirements
- Bush Experience: Significant experience within remote bush environments is a mandatory requirement.
- Logistical Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex operations and supply chains in a remote hospitality context.
- Mobility: Willingness and ability to travel frequently between Arusha and various lodge locations.
- Health & Fitness: Candidates must be in good health with no serious medical conditions, given the remote nature of the properties.
Start Date
- 01 June 2026
Package & Benefits
- Salary: USD 3000 to USD 3500 per month (Net of taxes).
- Savings Scheme: A 10% employee contribution toward the NSSF, matched by a 10% employer contribution. The accumulated total is collectible at the end of the contract.
- Travel: One annual economy-class flight ticket to the place of recruitment.
- Medical: Health insurance and access to basic medical care.
- Accommodation: Single status
