Concierge | UAE | Luxury Casino Resort
We are seeking the best of the best CONCIERGE PROFESSIONALS to join the inaugural team for the UAE’s first-ever integrated casino resort. Due to the scale of this landmark opening in Ras Al Khaimah (RAK), we have multiple vacancies for highly connected and sophisticated individuals.
The Ideal Candidate
- Elite Presentation: You maintain an impeccable professional appearance, embodying the poise and sophistication required for a 5-star luxury gaming environment.
- Communication Mastery: You are fluent in English with exceptional conversational skills and the ability to build rapport instantly. Proficiency in additional languages—specifically Arabic, Mandarin, Russian, or European languages—is a significant advantage.
- Stability & Integrity: We are seeking professionals looking for a “forever home.” If you have a history of frequent job-hopping, this role is not for you. We value loyalty and a proven track record of long-term commitment.
- Local & Global Expertise: You possess an encyclopaedic knowledge of the UAE’s luxury landscape and a “make it happen” attitude. You understand the nuances of high-end service, from securing exclusive reservations to managing complex guest itineraries.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Concierge in a high-volume, 5-star luxury hotel or international casino.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and resourceful under the pressure of a fast-paced luxury environment.
